Elizabeth Sanguedolce

Retired 20 years. I was a home economist and pioneered microwave cooking. Then I was a business communicator and was in charge of internal communications for a major corporation. After earning an MBA I was a utility analyst. Later I was Personnel Officer for Social Services in Denver and even worked at the Denver Airport in customer service. I have had several side businesses during my life, including color analysis, makeup and skincare, communications, custom design, sewing and alterations, and home staging. Now I'm a children's book author and publisher,  planning to publish my first book in a few weeks.

I've always been interested in real estate and have made most of my profits by buying and selling my own homes. I am associated with WREIN since April 2021. Prior to that I purchased and rented one property. I would like to have more buy-and-holds as well as increase my Private Money Lending. I've had many dogs and cats over the years and my book is about my cat Fallon and traveling in a motor home.
